I was unable to make it to the Funeral if my Aunt. They were very helpful on the phone. And I am told the flowers were wonderful. Thank you so much for making a bad situation easier to deal with.

I ordered Birthday bouquet they send a Cornacopia for Thanksgiving. I call tell them of their error ask them to send correct order. Order that was sent not worth the money paid- you would think they would make up for their error. Lost alot of business including a possible wedding from the recipient.

I have use Carousel in the past year , being new to this area we were looking for a shoplike the one we were use to in our home town of Savannah. We were very expressed with the service and product that we received from them. In fact they are better than our hometown shop. They went above and beyond our expectations. . The flowers were delivered in perfect condition and lasted for over two weeks. We highly recommend Carousel. They have our business and we recommend them to all of our family and friends. Oh and the value for the what we got says it all! Super job all around!

I live 400 miles away but grew up in Rockledge. I ordered flowers over the phone for my Mom's birthday, & knowing there had been delivery problems to their house before I was very explicit about the address. The info never got to the driver and, yep, they went to the wrong house, which I discovered when I phoned her that evening. (Have these people not heard of Google maps, Yahoo maps, Rand McNally maps? Any one of these would have prevented the problem). I called Carousel the next AM, & they told me it they were delivered correctly (HellOOOOO!!!). When they finally figured out they delivered them to the wrong place, they picked up WILTING flowers that sat out in the hot afternoon sun the day before & "delivered" them. They tried to pressure my 80 year old Mom to take them, which she refused to do. The driver went away angry. I then got a call from an "owner". The best they could do is take my money & deliver a "prettier" arrangement a day late. They didn't deliver what I wanted nor what I ordered, & they still took my money. They still made money on the transaction & I didn't get what I had paid for...a simple arrangement on the right day to the right place. I know they've been in business for 40 years. I'm sure they didn't exhibit this disregard for the customers for those 40 years, or they wouldn't still be there.
