HORRIBLE SERVICE

I've had 2 accounts in bank of america for over two years and i think this bank has no value what so ever, i mean i've had to pay almost hundred dollars for overdraft b/c the service is not good at all. i wanted to know if i had anything pending on my ckecking account so i called bank of america's service and an agent came up to the phone so i asked him what was my balance?also if i had anything pending so i could tranfer money from my savings account? but he said NO YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING PENDING ON, AND YOUR BALANCE is OK. i believe on him and the next two days i had an overdraft for over 79 bucks. they charged me two fees of $35 bucks. i think there service sucks and i would never recomend bank of america to anyone. this is just insane and dumb having to pay for their mistakes. they make you go overdraft so you can pay fees. i was mad and i am still. they have done these to me twice now.
